From Google Slides to Prezi to PowerPoint, there’s a growing number of comprehensive apps and programs you can use to design a beautiful presentation. And while all of these options are certainly good for the consumer, they can also make it pretty tough to feel confident in the one you ultimately choose to use.
Well, PowerPoint’s free trial takes the guesswork out of whether it’s the right fit, allowing you to try out one of presentation software’s biggest players without paying a penny. And it just so happens to be incredibly easy to get.
All you have to do is head to this website and click the “Try 1-Month Free” button. Don’t be put off by the fact that it says “Try Office 365 for free”—that just means that, in addition to PowerPoint, you’ll also get the rest of Microsoft’s suite to play with, like Word and Excel.
After clicking the green trial button, you’ll be prompted to enter your Microsoft login info, or, if you don’t have a login, you’ll see that you can click to create one (don’t worry, this is totally free). Once you sign up and sign in, you’ll get access to a full free month of PowerPoint (and the rest of Microsoft Suite) so you can decide with confidence whether it’s the right fit for you and your presentation needs.
