A Critique of Randy Pausch

Summary

A great speech by Randy Pausch, an American professor of computer science, human-computer interaction and design at Carnegie Mellon University.  Randy became well-known for his battle with pancreatic cancer and his words of wisdom as detailed in the The Last Lecture.

Content

Simple, beautiful, and engaging.  Definitely from the heart.

“…don’t be the reaper by living longer, we beat the reaper by living well and fully.”

“It’s not the things we do in life that we regret, it’s the things we do not.”

“Find your passion and follow it.”

“You will not find that passion in things or money.”

Design

No design on this one.  Not needed.

Delivery

Genuine and from the heart.  It’s powerful stuff.  There is much to learn from Randy Pausch.
