Graphic Designer

What does it mean to be a designer with us?

You will design presentations across multiple platforms, taking complex and at times messy information and turning it into beautiful design that visually communicates the message effectively. Our Senior Designer will oversee your work to ensure it meets our clients’ unique and varied needs.

Sales/Project Management Assistant

What does it mean to be a Sales/Project Management Assistant with us?

You will assist both the Project Management and Sales departments with their ongoing needs while also assisting the Founder/CEO with various tasks such as travel, paperwork and coordinating projects as needed. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, calendar management, client correspondence, data entry, answering phones, greeting visitors, and coordinating project details between departments. This position directly reports to the Founder/CEO, but direction can come from multiple individuals as needs arise within departments.

An experienced administrative professional who knows how to work efficiently with multiple deadlines, can juggle many projects, and brings positivity to our workspace. They must thrive on details, lists and organization while utilizing their interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with our clientele and internal team members.

The Sales and Project Management departments are fast paced and require an assistant who enjoys owning their tasks completely while working in a structured environment that can flex as needed.

Account Manager

What does it mean to be an Account Manager with us?

You will work with the Ethos3 design and content team to deliver high-quality presentations on time and with exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day activities include:
Overseeing all client communication as it pertains to the various stages of their project.

Developing and maintaining a solid knowledge and understanding of all aspects of a client’s presentation including original content, design direction and storyline development.
Working with leadership to continuously develop and improve the Project Lifecycle.
Managing incoming inquiries to develop solid relationships while closing new sales.
Maintaining client relationships by creating opportunities to personally connect with active and inactive clients on a regular basis.
Working with the Traffic Manager to manage and balance incoming sales and the production schedule.
Continuously working to improve the relationships between Ethos3 and new/existing clientele by executing campaigns that relate directly to sales and client experience efforts.
Working with leadership to continuously develop and improve the client experience and sales cycle.
Occasional travel to New York, Atlanta and Washington, D.C. to meet with new and existing clients.

 

Our no-nonsense, non-negotiable requirements:

3-5 years of professional client service/sales experience
Degree in business or related field
Must have strong client service skills and a proven track record in sales
CRM expertise
Strong desire to learn about the world of presentations.
