Scott Schwertly - The Whole Enchilada (a.k.a. The CEO)
Scott is a presentation junkie, ice hockey fanatic, and lover of cheese enchiladas. After working in marketing for several years, Scott quickly realized that 93.7% (includes mainly CEOs) of the world’s population struggles with not only designing presentations but delivering them as well. Inspired and determined, Scott decided to start Ethos3 in 2006 working as a “one man band.” For over a year, he worked early mornings, during lunches, nights, and weekends and somehow finally found enough guts to quit has salary job. Heck, he still has that schedule today. Today, Scott lives in Nashville, TN with his wife and three dogs. He has a B.A. and M.B.A. from Harding University.

Travis Robertson - The Rainmaker (a.k.a. VP of Biz Dev)
Travis has a passion for three things: people, brands and ideas. This makes him the perfect person to head up business development and brand development. Travis joined Ethos3 in the middle of 2009 after spending 11 years in the web technology industry. Effectively “retiring” from the field of technology, Travis claimed his love of people and brand strategy kept him from wanting to sit behind a computer all day with little interaction. If there’s a party or event, you’ll probably spot him social-butterflying his way through it. In fact, you’ll probably talk to him on the phone at least once if you work with us. Look for Travis in the following places:

Cara Schwertly - The People Person (a.k.a. Exec. VP of Operations)
Cara has been with Ethos3 since the beginning. She handles all the back-end fun stuff like finance, human resources, and legal. She is probably the hardest worker on the team. However, don’t underestimate her right-brained skills – her creative ability can compete with the best. She is essentially a “Jill of All Trades.”
