What does it mean to be a designer with us?
You will design presentations across multiple platforms, taking complex and at times messy information and turning it into beautiful design that visually communicates the message effectively. Our Senior Designer will oversee your work to ensure it meets our client’s unique and varied needs.
What are we looking for?
An experienced designer who knows how to work efficiently with multiple deadlines, juggle many projects, and brings positivity to our workspace. They must also work with other designers to come up with creative solutions and exhibit outstanding visual-thinking skills. In short, we are looking for the best.
What will you do?
Design and create multimedia presentations that both represent our clients’ unique brands while also clearly conveying critical sales and marketing messages and information.
Be familiar with all products and services in order to more effectively discuss and create multimedia presentations for clients.
Work with Jr. Designers to assist in developing skill sets such as visual thinking, complex concepts and overall creativity
Review all outgoing materials for spelling mistakes, technical errors, alignment with clients’ direction, and holding true to Ethos3’s standards for design and production.
Coordinate the printing production process to ensure quality: writes printing and other reproduction specifications (selects ink, paper, and print quality); inspects proofs for accuracy; and recommends contractors (typesetters, printers, illustrators, photographers, cartographers).
Our no-nonsense, non-negotiable requirements:
Graduation from a four-year college.
3 years of professional experience in related field.
Skilled with both Mac and PC platforms.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Keynote.
Accomplished in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and preferably After Effects)
