Account Manager

Ethos3 is a dynamic, growing company with the unique mission to empower presenters. We work with clients such as Google, Coca-Cola, and NBC Universal to create compelling presentations that clearly convey critical information in a unique way.

We have an opportunity available for a highly motivated and talented Account Manager.

Day-to-day responsibilities include the following:

Work with the Ethos3 design and content team to deliver high-quality presentations on time and with exceptional customer service.

Oversee all client communication as it pertains to the various stages of their project.

Develop and maintain a solid knowledge and understanding of all aspects of a client’s presentation including original content, design direction and storyline development.

Become familiar with all Ethos3 products and services in order to more effectively discuss and create multimedia presentations for clients and prospects.

Work with leadership to continuously develop and improve the Project Lifecycle.

Manage all incoming inquiries to develop solid relationships while closing new sales.

Maintain client relationships by creating opportunities to personally connect with active and inactive clients on a regular basis.

Work with the Traffic Manager to manage and balance incoming sales and the production schedule.

Continuously work to improve the relationships between Ethos3 and new/existing clientele by executing campaigns that relate directly to sales and client experience efforts.

Work with leadership to continuously develop and improve the client experience and sales cycle.

Occasional travel to New York, Atlanta and Washington, D.C. to meet with new and existing clients.

Skills & Requirements: 

3-5 years of professional client service/sales experience

Degree in business or related field

Must have strong client service skills and a proven track record in sales
CRM expertise

Strong desire to learn about the world of presentations.

Salary Range: $40,000-$48,000 (base) plus commissions and bonuses

Benefits: Health and Dental Insurance 100% covered by Ethos3 after first 90 days. Available 401k Plan with discretionary match
