We all have bad habits as presenters. These habits/traits are often showcased through our lack of preparedness, poor design, terrible delivery or in some cases all three. You can call it laziness. You can call neglect. I like to call it being selfish. Great presentations are about adding value to another person’s life. And, if a presenter isn’t accomplishing this goal, then they probably placed more value on their own interests prior to the talk then on the interests and needs of their audience.
